What's new
What changed on Stargazer, newest first.
Last updated October 5, 2026
- The For agents page has step-by-step instructions for connecting Stargazer to ChatGPT.
- Pick your voices. Premium episodes now come in four voice pairs: Bright, Relaxed, Cool and Warm. Choose one when you make an episode. Bright is the default.
- Standard voices cost less on Pro. An episode in Standard voices now costs half a Premium one, so your 25 Premium episodes a month can become up to 50 in Standard voices.
- Out of Premium episodes? Stargazer now says so and shows what you can do next, instead of turning the episode away.
- A clearer account area. Your account, your episodes and your agent connections each have their own page.
- Sign in with a code. The sign-in email carries a six-digit code as well as the link, so you can sign in on a different device from the one that reads your mail.
- Paste a link. Give the composer or the free trial a web address and Stargazer reads the page. If the page is behind a paywall or blocks readers, you get a plain message saying so.
- A welcome episode. Every feed starts with a short episode that explains how to get back into your account.
- Episodes are dated by when they finished, so they show up in your podcast app in the order they were made.
- The website link your podcast app shows for your feed now opens this site.
- Fixed: one more way an episode could lose its closing line.
- Two plans. Standard is $7.99 a month or $72 a year, with 20 episodes a month in Standard voices and 2 in Premium. Pro is $25 a month or $225 a year, with 25 episodes a month in Premium voices.
- A new front page.
- The sign-in forms check that a person is asking. A script can no longer use them to send sign-in emails to people who never asked for one.
- Fixed: some episodes dropped their last line and ended early. Episodes now end where the script ends.
